SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC’S TRIAL IN THE HAGUE: As Milosevic’s trial in The Hague entered its final phase, the Civic League released Shirley Cloyes’ analysis of his opening testimony, which was submitted at the request of the War Crimes Tribunal in advance of oral testimony given by DioGuardi and Cloyes at The Hague in March 2003.
